To make a herbal infusion, use 1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup. Place the herbal tea blend in an infuser, teapot or strainer and infuse for 5- 20 minutes, depending on taste. The longer you leave the tea to infuse the more medicinal it will be. Cover your cup while infusing to keep the goodness in. Can be sweetened with honey or raw sugar if liked.
50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
Licorice root, lemon balm, rosehips, dandelion root, hibiscus, burdock root, milk thistle.

This makes a very tasty herbal brew. It is quite a strong flavor which I like as I'm not into weak or muddy flavors. The rosehips are adelicious in this most enjoyable tea and the liquorice gives a balanced sweetness. I'll definitely be repurchasing. Good customer service and very prompt delivery.

I love this tea! So fragrant and yummy to drink, nourishing and cleansing and helped me clear some skin issues I was having. The licorice root isn't too strong which was really nice for a change as I don't usually like it very much. Calming, floral and slightly sweet, a wonderful tea any time of the day.
