Sleep and Relaxation
Lavender is a lovely calming and relaxing herb that can be drunk on its own but is best mixed with other herbs. Lavender can be used to help with conditions such as anxiety, mild depression and nervousness. Because of the beautifully relaxing scent of Lavender, the dried herb can be put into a herb pillow to help with insomnia or for children who find it difficult to settle at night. Lavender can also be used in cooking.
Please note, due to seasonal variations at times our lavender ranges from dark to light purple. However, it is still beautifully fragrant and has the same medicinal properties.
