Arnica may help ease the pain and inflammation associated with soft tissue injury such as bruises and sprains plus over exertion. 

Arnica is a plant with a long history of traditional use to support healing, musculoskeletal health, and mobility after injury. Arnica is a wonderful herb for sprains, bruises and painful swelling, as it enhances blood circulation to the injured area, supporting healing and recovery.

Apply to affected area 3-4 times daily or as required. Do not apply to broken skin.
