Comfrey ointment

I'm recovering from a badly fractured ankle and the healing of the bones, muscles and ligaments are slow. I definitely saw an improvement with the swelling going down. I know I need to continue using the ointment to see the results but very happy to find a natural remedy to assist my healing.
