Adult Dose: Take 2.5mls with water or juice 3 times daily, 20 minutes before meals, or as directed by your herbalist. Shake bottle before pouring
100ml and 200mls in a brown glass bottles.

Great for relieving tummy symptoms fast! Does what it says. After eating something outside my fairly constrained way of eating, this takes away the discomfort and reduces or eliminates the symptoms. Making sure I always have it on hand now. Works better for me than other similar alternatives, and quicker than making a digestive tea - although I often do that too, using the herbs from this great site!
