A mellow tasty combination of carrot flakes and cranberry blended with apple, beetroot, hibiscus and grapes. This eye catching tea is high in vitamin C and is delicious hot or cold. Caffeine free.
Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired.
